I have couple of storage units here it nice and clean but no one is ever in the office payment center is easy to use it be better as soon as the get the security gate fixed nice clean storage units

ALWAYS WILLING TO EXPEDITE ANY ISSUES AND THE FACILITY HAS CLEAN MODERN STORAGE, RENEWED PAVEMENT AND QUICK AND ACCURATE SERVICE WHEN I FIRST STARTED MY RENTAL STORAGE. LOCK DISPENSING MACHINE HAD TAKEN PAYMENT BUT DID NOT DISPENSE LOCK.
my account t was late because I changed over my debit card. They put a lock on it and I paid my bill. They told me the lock would be off 4 days later after I called them it was still on. I called them again and they said it would be off. I went there again and it was still on. Poor customer service. They lie. Don't honor their word and don't care how it affects you. Unwilling to reimburse you after they screw up. Don't trust this company
